Tiredness is the most common and normal jet lag symptoms. Here have a difference between normal and jet lag tiredness. Your body feels no interest to sleep, and it just wants to go shutting down. For this tiredness, you lose your appetite. You also feel dehydration for long time flying in the dry air. This will be reasoned of your diarrhea.

Lack of temper also jet lag symptoms but it’s come indirectly. For the shortness of your sleep is the mainly responsible about these diseases. It will be very hard for you to control own strongly in different condition. This is happened from your long-time plane journey. You feel the lack of temper when your body can’t get the adequate rest. This is normal that after a long journey by air communication, most people always feel body and mental tiredness, and they can’t control their temper. Frequently, they feel excitation even about a normal matter. Lack of temper always happened from a combine result of tiredness, hunger or asleep.

Headache problem

there have different kinds of the headache problem. It’s really different from others when you feel a headache for a long time traveling in the plane. Many people affected by it after plane journey. This is happened for the reason of brain confusion and fatigue. When frequently the time zone changed brain feel confusion about day and night. This is also occurred for the reason of sleep shortness. After a long journey, you must have tired from body and mental side, which affect as well to your head, and as a result you feel the headache problem. This is an important jet lag symptom.

Other symptoms

you also feel some other kinds of jet log sign like upset stomach, vomiting, mild depression, nauseas or dehydration. Mind it, you have no perfect way by which you can free completely from all above problems.
