- Meditation is an effective treatment of
insomnia.
- Overeating, irregular meals, the in
between snacks like brunch cause sleeping disorders. Try to
be regular but don’t be too formal a martinet. Just enjoy
your meals. There is nothing more relaxing than having a
nice company.
- The
intrinsic problem with insomnia is that it needs ‘nerves’
to relax nerves and this is why that at times self devised
methods don’t work. It is advisable in this to seek

expert, a nutritionist, a physiotherapist or in the worst
case scenario just visit your
doctor.
In addition to
medication, meditation, taking regular meals and doing
learnt relaxing, consumption of seafood particularly
mussels and prawns is recommended to treat
insomnia.
